Standard Operating Procedures

Applies to all employees. Compliance is a condition of employment.

1 Confidentiality of Company Information

PolicyEmployees must not disclose any of the Company's proprietary or sensitive information to any party outside the Company. This includes, without limitation, the software and systems the Company uses, its contacts and sourcing relationships, and any keys, combinations, or numerical access codes to the Company's properties, equipment, or belongings.

PurposeTo safeguard the Company's competitive advantage, security, and assets, and to protect the relationships and resources that are essential to the business.

ExpectationsConfidential information is to be used solely for legitimate Company business and never shared with outside parties, including friends, family, competitors, or the public. This obligation remains in effect both during and after the period of employment. Any suspected or actual breach must be reported to management immediately. Violations will result in disciplinary action up to and including termination and may carry legal consequences.

2 Drug & Alcohol-Free Workplace

PolicyThe use, possession, or being under the influence of alcohol or illegal drugs is strictly prohibited on all company grounds and at all trade shows.

PurposeTo protect the safety of our staff and customers and to uphold the professional standards and legal obligations of a firearms-related business.

ExpectationsThis policy applies to the warehouse, retail storefront, all show venues, and any location where an employee represents the Company. Violations will result in disciplinary action up to and including termination.

3 Professional Conduct & Harassment-Free Workplace

PolicyThe Company maintains a strict zero-tolerance stance toward sexual harassment of any kind. All employees are further required to use appropriate, professional language at all times while in the presence of customers.

PurposeTo ensure a safe, respectful, and dignified environment for every employee and customer, and to uphold the professional reputation and integrity of the Company.

ExpectationsSexual harassment โ€” including, without limitation, unwelcome advances, requests, comments, gestures, or any conduct of a sexual nature โ€” is strictly prohibited in all Company settings, including the warehouse, retail storefront, all trade shows, and any location where an employee represents the Company. Employees are expected to conduct themselves courteously and to use clean, appropriate, and professional language whenever customers are present. Any incident, concern, or suspected violation must be reported to management immediately. Violations will result in disciplinary action up to and including termination and may carry legal consequences.

4 Show Manager Accountability for Cash & Equipment

PolicyThe Show Manager is solely accountable for all cash, receipts, and sales terminals throughout each show, and must return all such items to the office at the conclusion of every show.

PurposeTo maintain a secure, traceable chain of custody over Company funds and equipment and to safeguard against loss or discrepancy.

ExpectationsCash, receipts, and terminals are to be reconciled and returned promptly at show's end. Any discrepancy must be reported to management immediately.

5 Show Equipment Readiness & Truck Accountability

PolicyPrior to departing for any show, all employees must ensure the truck is fully stocked by completing the "Truck Loading Checklist" in the Heisenberg App. Any equipment that is lost, stolen, or damaged must be reported by completing the "Report to Management" tab in the Heisenberg App. Upon return, all employees must ensure the truck is clean and refueled.

PurposeTo guarantee that every show is fully equipped and sales-ready, to maintain an accurate and traceable record of Company equipment, and to keep Company vehicles in ready condition for the next assignment.

ExpectationsThe Truck Loading Checklist must be completed and verified before departure. Any lost, stolen, or damaged equipment must be reported promptly through the "Report to Management" tab in the Heisenberg App so that management can address the matter without delay. Upon return, the crew is responsible for cleaning the truck and refilling its fuel before it is parked, leaving it ready for the next show.

6 Personal Shopping at Shows

PolicyEmployees may not shop or conduct personal purchases at any show while on the clock. Any employee wishing to shop must first obtain approval from the Show Manager.

PurposeTo ensure staff remain focused on Company sales and customer service during paid working hours.

ExpectationsApproved personal shopping is to occur only during designated breaks or off-the-clock periods, as directed by the Show Manager.

7 Standing While on the Floor

PolicyEmployees are to remain standing whenever customers are present. The sole exception is an employee with a documented medical condition who provides a written note from a physician stating they are unable to stand while working.

PurposeTo project attentiveness, readiness, and professionalism to every customer who approaches our space.

ExpectationsMedical accommodations must be supported by current written documentation submitted to management in advance.

8 Company Apparel

PolicyAll employees must wear approved Heisenberg-branded apparel at all times while on the clock โ€” at trade shows, the warehouse, and the retail storefront.

PurposeTo present a unified, professional brand image and to allow customers to readily identify Company staff.

ExpectationsApparel is to be kept clean and presentable. Employees who report without proper gear may be asked to correct the issue before beginning their shift.

9 Restocking During Downtime

PolicyWhen not actively engaged in a sale, all employees are required to restock tables and shelves.

PurposeTo keep displays full, organized, and sales-ready at all times, and to ensure productive use of every working hour.

ExpectationsDowntime is to be used for restocking, straightening displays, and maintaining a clean, professional presentation.

10 Travel & Transportation Costs

PolicyFor employees working local shows, the Company will not cover the cost of gas or personal transportation. For employees traveling out of town for shows, the Company will cover the cost of flights, fuel for Company vehicles, and hotel accommodations.

PurposeTo clearly define which travel expenses the Company assumes, ensuring consistent and fair treatment of staff across local and out-of-town assignments.

ExpectationsOut-of-town travel arrangements are to be coordinated through and approved by management in advance. The Company covers fuel only for Company vehicles; personal vehicle fuel is not reimbursed. Employees are responsible for their own transportation to and from local shows.

11 Meal Allowances

PolicyNo meal allowance is provided for local shows. Employees working out-of-state shows will receive a meal allowance of $60 per day.

PurposeTo fairly support staff incurring meal costs during out-of-state travel while maintaining consistent expense standards.

ExpectationsThe out-of-state allowance covers the employee's daily meals while on assignment. Employees are responsible for their own meals at local shows.
